As a child I was acutely aware of spirit and deeply fascinated by the stars and ancient cultures. I began practicing with astrology and tarot in my early teens. I was also completely obsessed with saving mother nature and all its wildlife. I was naturally drawn to crystals and had a pretty large collection from the age of 7.

Now knowing my ancestral and star lineages this makes complete sense, but as like with most children of an age I shut this awareness down before adolescence and whilst keeping my love of crystals, astrology, other divinations and nature as an interest throughout my years, it was very much in the background. I went through school then college and fell into a career in corporate  finance, where I stayed for 13 years.

Life for me was a series of wrong turns, stressful jobs, poor health choices, incorrect connections and relationships, some of which were quite abusive. I've been through several traumatic experiences and in turn suffered with breakdowns, burnouts and PTSD.

In 2010 I hit my Saturn Return. I was living abroad and reached a point where life had to change. This was my breakthrough! From here I really discovered my path using natural healing therapies and modalities to return to wellness and wholeness, which I now offer and teach.

I reawakened my natural psychic intuitive gifts and began my own spiritual healing and development journey. Learning to honour my soul.

By 2015 I had trained to master level in various modalities and launched Soul Serenity where I am now a multidimensional healer and way-seer. Using my experience, skill and expertise to help others journeys through life and awakening be less bumpy than mine was.

Healing as I say is a journey. I continue to grow and go through lessons; The teacher is also the student. I am forever learning new facets of myself and facing my shadows too. I do not believe I hold all the answers, but I am a channel and facilitator for the divine and walk my path with integrity for the highest good of all. I aim to assist with practical guidance and real-life solutions to help raise vibrations and assist with any difficult changes.

Life is all about balance, flow, connection and integration. I continually further myself and learn new skills in order to ensure I am doing the best for my clients. You can read more about my journey in my blog.

Collectively we are in a time of extraordinary change. I'm sure you have all felt it. New cosmic energies are ascending the vibrational frequencies of everyone and everything. The ascension process calls us to decondition, to unlearn limiting beliefs. To heal wounds and trauma bonds so that we may hold the higher frequency energy. The breakdown of the old to breakthrough to the new. This can be a challenging process and so I aim to help you navigate these changes with tools, techniques and guidance to make it easier.
