Are you on a spiritual journey? Do you sense or have you been told your are an empath or an intuitive soul? Or are you looking to bring more balance calm and peace to your life?

Reiki is one of the foundations of all energy healing work. It's one way to open the gateway. Reiki is an ancient Japanese natural healing technique involving the channelling of energy from the source of creation, via the healer, unto the recipient. With the practice of Reiki, the energy is drawn in from the universe and transmitted through the palms of the hands to achieve rebalanced life force. Being in this state of balance enables us to enjoy life, find contentment and connectedness to everything around us.

The ability to give Reiki is innate within everyone, we just need that spark to ignite the journey and the proper guidance in how to utilise it.

I have been practicing Reiki since 2013 and teaching since 2015. I am a highly experienced Master Teacher who maintains high standards of teaching and support. Through my own experiences and my continued professional and personal development, I ensure you get the best education.

There are 4 levels to Reiki energy healing, which must be taken in order:

  1. Level 1 - Self Healing - Enabling healing for self, family and friends.
  2. Level 2 - Practitioner - Enabling you to be a professional Reiki healer.
  3. Level 3 - Master - A professional Reiki Master healer.
  4. Level 4 - A professional Reiki Master Teacher, enabling you to teach the 4 levels of reiki to others
